For several years, we have been seeing that the only charge against
ARR's music being copied/ inspired when ARR had used external loops -
that he didn't himself create, that he bought and used.

I want to understand why does he need to use such external loops?

Is he so busy that he can't create his own so many loops for so many songs?

Good enough. it happens as the work load increases. Everybody does that,
I guess.

But, why does he use publicly available loops - something that anyone
can use, others can use and have used? That is the core of the problem
because people comes to know of such loops only through other songs they
have heard before. I don't think any person goes on listening to such
loops directly to figure out whether ARR has used them.

I mean to say, why can't ARR buy and use COPYRIGHTED loops - that he can
then buy exclusive rights to use and nobody else can use them?

Or is it so the loops right owners are not telling ARR that they have
sold these loops to other people also.

I think ARR should give a thought to this entire concept of using
external loops to avoid this only charge he gets pelted with of copying/
inspiration.
