not always but usually it happens like that. re-recording and audio mixing
(audiography, DTS, dolby) are usually the final phases of a movie before it
printed into film rolls or RDX discs...
if a director or a production house can wait for ARR to give both music and
BGM, and then release the audio then the music company can have both in the
CD. but the probability for this is very very low...

I can remember Bose with all soundtracks, instrumentals and BGM.
