Why cant we ask them to post it on some online music store. Then they wouldnt need a minimum guarantee as the cost associated would be much lesser. I guess ARR would have already given them the BGMs and additional tracks just like the songs. They just have to encode it and upload.
Sometime back when Amith approached a music company for a release of Tu Hi Mera Dil, they had asked for a minimum guarantee of 100 i guess.
