I dont agree to the idea of listening online. . 50% of the time, I am
not connected to net. Also, I put BGM compositions in my iPod/player. 

Yes, it is Rahman sir's work. But by ripping BGM and posting them for
download, these rippers are just doing good work by giving Rahman's
unreleased work to music fans. Its not like its hurting music
companies or Rahman sir financially since this was never released on
CDs nor it will ever be released on CD. 

If audio CD of BGM releases then obviously it should not be posted.
But ripping BGM from DVD should be allowed. I dont see any copyright
issue in that, as its not like someone is copying those compositions :/ 

You are right, this needs to be brought to the attention of boss. But,
I hope Rahman sir has no objection with this, and PLEASE also convey
the message of releasing BGM CDs.. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE
