The soundtrack arrives amidst quite some hype and expectations since it brings together Subhash Ghai and A.R. Rahman who last created magic with TAAL. This time around, there is also Gulzar saab for company and the trio get together for YUVVRAAJ which is essentially a musical. Early buzz on the music is positive though one expects an experimental soundtrack once again due to the name Rahman being attached to the project. When Ghai and Rahman had collaborated for TAAL, it had led to mixed response at the beginning due to an unconventional appeal of the music. However, it was just a matter of time before TAAL was quick to get into the annals of all time classics.
