Hi!

Thanks for your translation. It will be great if you help us in
understanding other urdu/arabic songs like this. It feels so nice to
know the meaning of the song as well along with it's music...

Cheers!

Hi ! Vithur. How u doing ? I appreciate your effort or who ever

translated this song. But there r some mistakes in the translation. I

would like to correct some mistakes in the translation of the

song 'Khwaja mere khwaja' so that the other people don't understand the

song in wrong way.

1.Tere darbar mein khwaja (At your door, o khwaja)

Door toh hai dekha (Ive seen it from far)

Actully its "tere darbar mein khwaja 'Noor' toh hai dekha not door toh

hai dekha. Noor means the light of Allah (God).

2.Chahne se tujhko khwaja ji mustafa ko paya (By wishing/worshipping you

Khwaja, I have found Muhammed [the chosen one])

Chahne se tujhko khwajaji Mustafa ko paya. It should be 'By loving you

khwajaji, I have found Muhammad peace be upon him (the chosen one).

Because worshipping anybody else except Allah (God) is the biggest sin

according to Islam. No one worships khwajaji, khwaji is the obedient

slave of God.

3.Mere peer ka sadka (The alms of my old age).

Hai mere peer ka sadka (It is the charity of my old age). Tera daaman

hai thama (That I have come in your refuge)

Peer means Prist of Islam. Mere peer ka sadaka tera daman hai thama, so

it can be translated as 'It is the charity of my peer, that I have come

in you refuge'.

4.Jitna bhi rashk kare beshak (No matter how much one may envy(rashk) be

jealous)

5. Rashk means proud (naaz). Jitna bhi rashk kare beshak toh kam hai ae

mere khwaja. Should be 'No matter how much one feel proud its just too

less o khwaja.

Please take it in a right way. I don't wanna hurt u or any one. Just

wanted to correct little mistakes because others who dont know will

consider it as right translation. Other wise ur translation is much

better than I can translate. Its just that I know some of the meaning

of urdu and arabic words.

Kind Regard. Cheers.
