ARR has reused tamil songs in hindi before, such as remaking Nayagara from En Swaasa Katre into Que Se Sera from Pukar..as well as Thaniye from Rhythm into Nachle from Lakeer...he even changed a lot of the musical arrangements and gave a different vibe to them..so don't worry so much that 2 of the tracks are based off of Meenaxi..if it were the WHOLE album..i'd be pissed too..but it's not...maybe ARR found a unique way to change the songs up...so let's just wait and HEAR
