Hi Dinesh and All,

I feel privileged to see my name written with such respectable names
from this group.
Born in a small village of Haryana, i hardly knew any language but
'Haryanavi' (Not even Hindi properly).
I used to curse those people who used to speak proper Hindi or mix
English with Hindi.
I used to hate A R Rahman Saab saying he was distorting our culture by
bringing western music to our country.

I do not know since when i stated liking him. Whenever i used to go to
a cassette shop to record latest songs, i always used to record last
song an ARR song.
Then i came to know about him ans his music and his life philosophy
properly and i started buying original Cassettes and CDs only.

Such has been influence on me that I am a translator from English to
Hindi now.
Most of all i understand it when someone says VANAKAM.
His music has taught me cultural tolerance.

Also i regret now for starting "ARR - Ashutosh Combo" debate.
It went to a completely reverse direction than intended and group had
a fight almost.

Pravinder.
