I will be the first person to celebrate if ARR gets a BharataRatna..but.. Looks like you dont know what is a Bharata Ratna.. and what value it really carries. If you are not even educated enough about it, I wonder if you can ever attempt a convincing appeal. More than anything, if ARR gets it now, he will end up being in more controversy than any acclaim.. You see the music giants whos been in there..whether you are their fans or not.. Kishore Kumar, SPBalasubramanyam, RDBurman, and then.. many more..who didnt get it. Think how much pressure that will be for ARR to handle. You can appeal but have a bigger idea rather than thinking that this group represents the whole india.
