sarathy... ur logic is correct but is harris works for shankar its a bonus for harris but if ARR works for gm then its jus a normal one. gm is not consistent and does not deliver to everyone strongly. i m not saying he is bad but his intention to work with ARR is definitely not a bonus to ARR. if ARR works with gm or not, ARR will not loose anything out of it. m ok with either way..
