Its a Sythesizer or electronic tone sound. So you are not accurate enough!
Infact That "Karu karu" song as you said that guitar sound is similar to "En
di soodamani" from Pammal K Sambantham. But its not similar.
The Exact name of the sound may be "Appogie" (?) - An sound in an loop
software, the nature of the sounds is "continous-Roll" of sythesized sound.
