Menaces to the music industry

There is no denying the fact that Hindi music industry is losing its domain in the hands of perils that has been affecting it from all the counters. If plagiarism and piracy were not enough, the music industry is now hackneyed with the lack of creativity and controversy. Even the composers of Bollywood have confirmed the fact that there is hardly any creativity left in the Hindi music scene at present. They are made to abide by either the director or popular choices, bowing away to their creative potential. With the item song and peppy songs taking a mandatory position for the success of the film, they are left with no choices but to obey.
Music composer Sandeep Chowta says, “There are too many people to tell what kind of music should be given when you compose for a Hindi film.” Even AR Rahman agrees affirms the fact, “With too many elements, it’s tough to work freely.”
Singer Kumar Sanu and Kunal Ganjawala also agree to the point and say that it’s high time for the director and music composer to understand their limits and abide by it.
