its arr for dilse ...im a malaysian fan and still remember reading in a film fare magazine on 1999 edition that arr won the best MD....the fact is KKHH gave a close competition as its beg few awards in north like zee tv, bla bla...but the prestigous film award went to the one and only music king A.R.Rahman!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
