I'm pretty positive that the 'moral issues' that ARR was refering to are monetary related. RGV has the reputation of not compensating his technicians especially if the movie is a disaster like Daud. Also I believe RGV's massive ego makes it difficult for anyone of stature to work with him.
My worst fears are that they will not work together again. It's a pity because RGV does have a great music sense and they made a great team in Rangeela.
