Sorry to say----I dont where do u find this 3/4 beat (Rupaka) in "Ekla Cholo".
It is simple 6 beat song(3/3). No doubt about that. U should learn something before commenting on somthing.
The "Kareeb" song u mentioned is also 6 beat(3/3). The "Desh ki mitti" song is rather 7 (3/4) beat.
