Hey Prasad, We should both be jealous of Korg OASYS owners :). I always wonder what ARR uses in his Studio. I have seen Korg TS, MOTIF ES and even Korg PA in the pictures of his live performances.
I own and use Halion and SwarPlug and Halion strings library. Default HALION comes with about 2 GB of samples. These are "acceptable" samples for most of the requirements. I don't know what set of percussion instruments you are looking for. Basic drum sets (Rock, Hip hop etc) are available in the default collection and are useable. All the samples bundled with Halion 3 are 5.1 ready. Latin and world percussion are avaialble too. The best thing is it can import different formats. For e.g. if you have an AKAI CD, it can be halionized quickly. Piano is definitely not a strong component of Halion libary. "The Grand" and "GigaSampler" are probably better for piano. Guitar samples are OK, but I keep MOTIF ES as the minimum sample standard for guitars now. Cubase is primarily a sequencer and a VST host. It doesn't have any sample libraries. There are very few products which exists both as VST plugins and supports basic sequencing, SwarPlug being one of them.
