The OpenBSD installer should have unpacked the bwfm firmware from the VENDORFW/FIRMWARE.TAR that the Asahi installer left behind on the EFI System Partition and moved it into /etc/firmware/apple-bwfm on the ramdisk (for use in the installer) and to /etc/firmware/apple-bwfm in the final install. If it isn't there, something went wrong. This has been tested by several people on several models, so you must have done something "unusual". You should be able to do this by hand by mounting the EFI System Partition and antarring the file and move the relevant files for your machine into /etc/firmware/apple-bwfm.
