rest cut.  Thanks to Joseph Mayer and Crystal Kolipe who made me aware that
u-boot has a hardcoded DTB and that I was using the PineBook Pro's u-boot.

A week ago I would have thought they were so compatible but when I looked at
my patches the address for the pmic was different between my pinephone pro 
u-boot .dts and the dmesg.  So I'll have to fix up the u-boot and things should
fall into place I think.

Thanks for anyone giving me a minute.  It will take a bit of time to get this 
right, as I have some other things to do right now.
