Alright, so with the same machine using UEFI firmware (UEFI Firmware
v1.18), OpenBSD 6.9 detects the RTC. So, this has something to do with
U-boot firmware. Is U-boot firmware built in the default 6.9 image
installer compiled with i2c-rtc and ds3231? Or is it a bug or issue?
