I wouldn't waste your time trying to get an X server of some sort running on ARM right now. Simple X clients (displaying over the network to other computers) should be OK though. I don't think you should be looking at OpenBSD on ARM as a sort of mini TV box (Raspian on a Raspberry Pi) that you sit in front of, like some sort of simplified PC. If you want that, you know where to find it. Think little embedded computers accessible over the network instead. Ignore the HDMI/video ports for now.
