Seems somebody write a driver for NetBSD: https://mail-index.netbsd.org/port-arm/2015/04/05/msg003031.html We have had discussions in the past on how to integrate switches like that into OpenBSD. Don't think we ever reached consensus. But I think nobody would object to having a "dumb" driver that just lets the MAC talk to the switch PHY as a starting point.
