Keep in mind that sdmmc doesn't work on any of those and only one of the usb ports on the CuBox-i4Pro works. So root has to be on usb/ahci/nfs. i.mx6 PCI isn't supported either so one of the Ethernet ports on the utilite won't be functional. And while the cubox has an rtc it's connected via i2c which also isn't supported on i.mx6. You're better off getting an i386/amd64 machine if you want something functional.
