You shouldn't have multiple phys attaching, it looks as though it isn't isolating the phy correctly. Though the sxie driver only attempts to support 'emac' not the 'gmac' found on your board. The device tables assume emac is present without probing, and it isn't clear if there is a way to do that without fdt.
