Webkit on arm in 5.5?

Looks like there is no webkit package for arm in 5.5.  I guess it's still
broken?  No webkit based browsers exists as a result.

Anyone know if there is a fix?  I'll try to compile it and see whats broken
but not sure I could fix it.
