Hi Michael, The Pi is incredibly closed system. It all hangs off a proprietary GPU which is even used to bootstrap the system. A binary blob is required for it to work and there is no or little documentation.
Theo has said it's a nightmare and it won't likely be supported :) There are far better cheap ARM boards out there. This group can probably recommend some. Cheers, Laurence.
