Hi Brandon,
I have the following;

Sharp Zaurus SL-C3000 (16MB flash memory)
I was under the impression this could not run OpenBSD due to the limited flash
memory - but reading the OpenBSD INSTALL.zaurus states this device is
supported therefore I'll attempt to install OpenBSD onto the unit next week.

Sharp Zaurus SL-C3200 (128MB flash ROM)
This device had OpenBSD console installed but the microdrive has failed - I
haven't been able to source a new microdrive therefore I'll purchase & install
a new Sandisk ultra II 8GB compact flash card into the unit & install OpenBSD
onto the unit during August 2012.

I would be happy to test the OpenBSD arm distribution - please let me know
what this involves.

Best regards,
Eric
