I upgraded in release increments. 4.2 to 4.3, 4.3 to 4.4, 4.4 to 4.5, 4.5 to 
4.6, 4.7 to 4.8, 4.8 to 4.9, 4.9 to 5.0. I first noticed the issue in 
version 4.4. I've also noticed that after the system powers down if I remove 
the card and reinsert it the lights come right back on. The only way to get 
the slot to power down is to enter the

How did you upgrade from 4.2 to 5.0?

Is there any difference in the ifconfig output between 4.2 and 5.0?

in version 4.4, but I'm not 100% sure. Also, if I remove the wireless card 
after the Zaurus powers down and reinsert the card the link and power lights 
come right back on. Seems like power isn't being removed from the CF slot.
