Try if the code hits the kernel at all (eg. by toggling some GPIO early in the kernel or such). Also note: If you have winmo6, they enable watchdog timer on pxa27x and that can NOT be disabled. Once the WDT underruns, it triggers reboot. Btw. what kernel do you use? The kernel was 4.8 from the snapshot. I was following the links on the openbsd/zaurus page. Yes, I did just boot as if was a normal linux boot image. My apologies. I'm doing the building from debian because that is where the toolchain is installed. The zImage for the build is now an unknown type of file. If I need to do the building and compiling on openbsd x86, then let me know. I am not a programmer or developer, just a normal person who likes to use BSD operating systems. FreeBSD had no port to the pxa270 and the NetBSD loader would have erased the system; so, OpenBSD seemed to be the best choice. Even if it takes me forever, I'm not giving up on making this work. You may become impatient but I am trying to show you progress and honesty. My sincerest apologies beforehand for any wrongdoing I may have done.
