I am once again asking to reconfigure the builders. Electron 31 now fails to link with lto1-wpa getting killed on both Tumbleweed and Fedora 39.
It's not possible to link the binary without LTO due to relocation overflows (the problem happens ONLY on aarch64, by the way). I will be probably forced to drop this architecture, and it has actual users.
