I was pointed here from https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2060490 and this does look similiar to my issue though I'm doing nothing special with DTs. Plain old vanilla Fedora was working for me perfectly up through 5.15.11-200.fc35.aarch64 and the problems (for me) began with 5.15.12-200.fc35.aarch64.
