Good advice. I tried but adding the uart option didn't work. I suspect we
have two problems overlaid. It coudl be a problem with the python version
in addition?
$ sudo i2cset -y 1 0x60 0x08 0xbb && sleep 1 && sudo python
PCF4_serial0_9600_FU1.0.py -v -f PiCoolFAN_V1_4.hex
File "PCF4_serial0_9600_FU1.0.py", line 120
print 'WARNING: I2C support is missing. Please install smbus support
for python to enable additional functionality! (sudo apt-get install
python-smbus)'
