In accordance with the Policy Development Process (PDP), the Advisory Council 
met on 15 May 2025.

The AC has advanced the following Proposal to Draft Policy status (will be 
posted separately for discussion):

*ARIN-prop-343: Resource Issuance to Natural Persons

You are encouraged to discuss all Draft Policies on PPML. The AC will evaluate 
the discussion to assess the conformance of this draft policy with ARIN's 
Principles of Internet number resource policy as stated in the Policy 
Development Process (PDP). Specifically, these principles are:

* Enabling Fair and Impartial Number Resource Administration
* Technically Sound
* Supported by the Community

*ARIN-2024-11: IPv4 Transition Efficiency Reallocation Policy (ITERP)
*ARIN-2025-1: Clarify ISP and LIR Definitions and References to Address 
Ambiguity in NRPM Text
*ARIN-2025-2: Clarify 8.5.1 Registration Services Agreement
*ARIN-2025-3: Change Section 9 Out Of Region Use Minimum Criteria
