I support this policy as written. I believe it makes each of these sections of 
the NRPM easier to read and removes some confusing unnecessary wording that 
doesn’t belong. e.g. “Organizations receiving these micro-allocations will be 
charged under the fee schedule” and the removal of the word “block/s”.
