Perhaps you were not paying attention… The board has already inflicted this 
upon us effective January, 2022.

Not exactly. This proposal is aimed at having policy catch up to that which the 
board has already inflicted upon us. It’s more a reflection of the unfortunate 
actions of the board than an effort to push the board in a particular direction.
