Ronald F. Guilmette -

On 19 May 2019, the ARIN Mailing List Acceptable Use Policy Committee evaluated
multiple reports of potential violations of the ARIN Mailing List Appropriate
Usage Policy (AUP) <https://www.arin.net/participate/mailing_lists/aup.html>
with regard to your posts made to ARIN's Public Policy Mailing List
([email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>, i.e. “PPML").

Upon review of your posts of 15 May 2019 and 17 May 2019, the AUP Committee has
confirmed multiple violations the AUP in the following manner –

• Specifically Prohibited Activities #1 - "Statements that include foul
language, personal character attacks, or show disrespect for other
participants, including ARIN” due to repeated use of foul language and
insinuation of ill motives on other PPML participants

• Specifically Prohibited Activities #5 - "Posts which interfere with the
customary communications on the list” due to repeated postings on topics which
do not pertain on number resources policy

Ronald F. Guilmette - you are hereby warned that your posts to the PPML must be
focused on purpose of the PPML list (i.e. "policy-related ideas and issues
surrounding existing and proposed ARIN policies.”) and that any further
violations of the AUP (including, but not limited to attacks on the motivation
or character of others) will result in loss of the immediately loss of posting
privileges.

Thank you,
/John
