It's not only APNIC, it's universal. We squat in the ARIN region, too.

Thanks for authoring it. If it had gone through in 2008, we would not be in the 
squatting mess we are now.
I'm the one who reopened this recently. Some in here think you and I are Don 
Quixote.
We were just talking about that one effort earlier, I mentioned that it would 
probably be easy to bring APNIC on board.

Maybe it is less tilting at a windmill than what some think.
