On 20 May 2016 the Board of Trustees adopted the following Recommended
Draft Policies:
ARIN-2015-3: Remove 30 day utilization requirement in end-user IPv4 policy
This new policy will be implemented no later than 31 July 2016.
This is in accordance with the staff assessment that rated the resource
impact as minimal, requiring three months to implement.
The Board of Trustees also adopted the editorial update to "return"
language for 8.2 M&A transfers.
This editorial update will be implemented no later than 31 July 2016.
