Hi

We had an ongoing request in which takes months to get reply, and every time we 
call them we get an "get back soon" responds.

We operate globally, ARIN's responds time are worst of all 5 RIRs we ever come 
across, we wonder should it be regulated by policy? As then ARIN should not 
delay any ticket just for an unions reason.
