Given that the network neutrality and title ii debate seems likely to resume in 
the USA, and go on for a very long time, I have created this new mailing list 
to discuss it, and ideally, feed useful ideas back into the various government 
commenting processes. Please join if you care. Please invite those that you 
would like to join, particularly those with skills and opinions different from 
your own, willing to debate them civilly. Input especially from other 
regulatory regimes outside the USA is needed, as well as engineering folk, in 
the hope that along the way some problems best handled by better technology get 
handled that way.

Me... all I would like to happen is ipv6 get more deployed, our devices get 
more secure and regularly updated, and bufferbloat, finally be fixed. A better, 
freer, safer, more interconnected, robust and resilient internet would be nice
