light we at the Iraq Reconstruction Management Office(IRMO) have a renewed
mandate and responsibility to solicit, evaluate and recommend reputable

under-listed products in large quantity for a two year duration to the
government of Iraq under a new initiative by name "THE PROJECT RE-BUILD
