Alessandro I’ve no idea who your upstream LIR is, but I know that quite a few LIRs *will* assign IP blocks to clients in the RIPE database. Doing it for every single individual IP would be an admin burden, but I know we do it for a lot of our clients who have blocks of IPs. So please don’t make broad sweeping statements as if they were facts.
