Could you please elaborate why it **must** start with "-----BEGIN RSA PRIVATE KEY-----"? Does your SSH version not accept "-----BEGIN OPENSSH PRIVATE KEY-----"? In any case, I would suggest to look at the private_key_format option of the module.
