Hi Guys, Is anyone familiar with an Ansible plugin for Cherwell ITSM? I want to be able to open and close tickets in Cherwell.
The goal is for Ansible to automate infrastructure changes, opening and closing tickets to to track those changes so that there is an audit trail. And, if not Cherwell, are their any ITSM platforms (other than ServiceNow) that you're familiar with Ansible modules that allows us to easily open/close tickets that you would recommend?
