On Monday 17 Dec 2018 we plan to release ansible-lint 4.0.0

This is the first release since Ansible became the maintainer, see Oct 22nd
mailing list post
<https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/ansible-project/ehrb6AEptzA> for
details.

The changes are summarized in the repository roadmap
<https://github.com/ansible/ansible-lint/blob/master/ROADMAP.md>, and
include:

   -

   New Documentation site docs.ansible.com/ansible-lint
   -

   New rules were added, the full set of rules are listed in the
docsite’s default
   rules <https://docs.ansible.com/ansible-lint/rules/default_rules.html>
   -

   Fixed running with role path containing single or multiple dirs
   -

   Fixed double sudo rule output
   -

   Packaging and repository updates
   -

   Severity property added to rules to be used by Galaxy


If you wish to run this now, you can install from source via the readme
<https://github.com/ansible/ansible-lint/blob/master/README.rst>.

Future changes planned for 4.1.0 are listed in the roadmap
<https://github.com/ansible/ansible-lint/blob/master/ROADMAP.md>, including
improvements on skipping rules/tasks, and to allow rules to check file
presence. Community feedback is welcome.
