Hi,

We are happy to announce our fourth Ansible Contributors Summit!

AnsibleFest London (http://www.ansible.com/ansiblefest) will be on Thursday
22nd June, and the Contributor Summit will be held on Wednesday 21st June,
from 9:30am to 4pm (time subject to change).

Contributors Summit is a day-long working session with the core team and
key contributors to discuss important issues affecting the Ansible
community. You can participate in person or online. For those that can join
us in person it will be followed by dinner. The following is a rough
agenda, please feel free to recommend other topics you’d like to cover on
the etherpad:

* Proposal review

* Testing Update

* Community involvement

* Documentation (user facing and dev_guide)

* Other proposed topics can be seen here:

https://public.etherpad-mozilla.org/p/ansible-summit-june-2017

Admission to the contributor meeting is free, and also entitles you to a
substantial discount to AnsibleFest the following day. We also have a
limited number of free passes and potential for travel sponsorship; please
send a note to Greg and myself if interested.

We realize that not everybody can attend in person, which is why we’ll
again be arranging a video conference and a meeting time on IRC in
#ansible-meeting to encourage remote participation. This has worked very
well for the past three Contributor Summits. We’ll be sending out an email
with the information for remote participation about a week before the
Contributor Summit.

If you would like to attend the Ansible Contributor Summit in person,
please register using the following link:

https://www.eventbrite.com/e/ansible-contributor-conference-london-2017-tickets-33902002803

Within a week after signing up you'll receive an email with discount code
for AnsibleFest London.

Thanks for all of your contributions to Ansible, and we hope to see you in
London! And if you have any questions at all, please let us know.

Cheers,

John Barker (gundalow)
