Theoretically, if we ignore costs and device size requirements, many challenges 
could be addressed simply by moving to less constrained devices and network 
technologies. While this is not a universal solution, numerous reports and 
studies show that significantly expanding 4G/5G coverage and network capacity 
can deliver substantial societal, economic, and social benefits. Although 
satellites are useful in extremely remote areas, vast regions remain where 
terrestrial 4G/5G networks are far more cost-effective than satellite 
deployments.
