This version contains text aiming to close all of the 14 issues that were
open.
Many are the result of Alexander Clemm's Shepherd review from late 2023.
(I was very slow on this for a variety of reasons, mostly medical)
The issues are still live, visit:

and the pull requests against them. I created this version from the tip of
the pull request branches. I'm sure at least half of these additions could
be better.

Major notes:
1) Tried to introduce CHOICE into the YANG to distinguish between mutually
exclusive situations, like pinned-domain-cert vs pinned-domain-pubk vs
pinned-domain-pubk-sha256.
There are many other adjustments.
2) The YANG includes all the attributes for all the various extensions.
PRM, BRSKI-CLOUD, cBRSKI.
The SID allocations are done here.
Damn, I see in the diff that additional-configuration-url has been
duplicated, est-domain, expires-on.
3) changes/enhancements to Introduction (this could really use review).

4) I tried to fix Table 1 to have headings that span cells, and two lines
of heading, but I failed. Maybe someone else knows how.
It could be redone in XML, perhaps.
5) I feel certain that reviewers will get upset with 5.2, and having much
semantics in the documents that use the extensions.
6) 7.5 Voucher Extensions. Please comment.
