Both have been reposted, and the WG will discuss adopting them (I think), at
the virtual interim next week.
I started them for content that was too operationally specific to go into
RFC8995 with the idea that they would get published as Informational once we
had accumulated the various bits of non-standard implementation/operational
advice.
