Here is a completely updated draft of the GRASP API definition.
This version is based on experience with the prototype implementation,
so is very different from the previous draft.

Abstract:
   This document specifies the application programming interface (API)
   of the Generic Autonomic Signaling Protocol (GRASP).  The API is used
