Hello,
I'm attempting to put together additions to the AOSP code to allow
for a new CDMA carrier. I am able to update the apns-conf.xml file, but for
successful EV-DO service while roaming, we currently require our plmn be
included in the carrier_policy.xml to be placed in the EFS\policyman
folder. Is this carried out by a different file on 6.0 forward? If so, how
would I include a new plmn for future release?
